2 x Paralympic gold medallist  ✧  Inspiring Speaker  ✧  Inclusion Champion  ✧ Award Winning Author
Like most athletes, Danielle’s world-class archery career wasn’t just built on wins (although she did a lot of this). It was shaped by setbacks, comebacks and learning to thrive under pressure. Athletes lose far more often than they win (even the brilliant ones!), but this is where the magic happens. It's found in the resilience and mindset it takes to keep showing up.

From performing at the highest level to overcoming life-changing disruption, Danielle doesn’t just tell her story, she shares
gold medal-winning strategies that help teams:
  • Build stronger collaboration
  • Manage stress and uncertainty
  • Stay motivated through challenges
  • Develop inclusive leadership habits

Sport also gave Danielle a voice. Now a passionate inclusion advocate, she specialises in disability inclusion, women’s empowerment and creating spaces where everyone can thrive.

Warm, approachable and inspirational, Danielle brought a fresh perspective to our conversations around equality. She helped us reflect on how external and self-imposed barriers often work together and what it takes to challenge them.  She answered our many questions and was incredibly generous with her time.

Every part of Danielle's presentation was a reminder that ‘you can’ achieve anything you set out to do, even if barriers are put in your way. Comments from attendees highlighted how inspiring Danielle is and also the excitement of seeing two gold medals. She is a true professional and I'd love to work with her at future events.

We asked Danielle to provide an alternative view of leadership, teamwork and planning success following a restructure. She delivered a captivating talk, blending sporting stories with references to our journey and introducing key strategies along the way. She was a pleasure to work with and a very professional speaker.

help US help others

Danielle’s passion for storytelling extends beyond the stage. She achieved her childhood dream of becoming an author and now writes non-fiction for pre-teens (for now!) that encourages them to explore the world and believe in their own potential.
Did you know that 1 in 11 children don't own a book!

We know how powerful it is when you equip young people with the right tools. Nobody achieves on their own, but when we are given a chance, the possibilities are endless.

Please support our mission to donate books to children who are not able to afford them otherwise. For every copy donated, Danielle will match it with one of her own.

I'M IN! I'D LOVE TO GIFT A BOOK
