Championing INCLUSION and BELONGING within organisations

"Inclusion matters to me because I know what it's like to be different. I know what exclusion looks like and I know what happens when we get inclusion right. Everybody should be valued for what they have to offer, to have their differences recognised as strengths."

Sometimes the best way to fit in is to stand out…

Danielle grew up not fitting in. Becoming disabled in her teens turned her world upside down, but she learned that even in adversity we can choose how we respond to barriers. As the first disabled person to represent England as a non-disabled athlete (and win gold) at the Commonwealth Games, Danielle achieved something that hadn’t been done before because she refused to listen to people who saw her disability rather than her ability. In doing so, she helped change perceptions of what people can truly achieve.

Danielle's approach to inclusive leadership goes beyond representation: it’s about mindset. She challenges teams to rethink what’s possible, recognise the value of different perspectives and lead with authenticity and empathy. Inclusion isn’t just a moral imperative, but a performance advantage. When people feel seen, valued and empowered to bring their whole selves to work, they don’t just fit in. They excel.

Creating an inclusive environment can be challenging for many reasons. Danielle helps organisations understand the barriers to inclusion and communicate it as a performance driver, so that buy-in happens at every level.

We specialise in working with organisations to build stronger cultures around disability and gender, taking an inclusive approach to inclusion. This goes far beyond box-ticking and focuses on delivering measurable, sustainable impact. Our programmes are tailored to your objectives and challenges, ensuring meaningful change with lasting momentum.

Each session comes to life through personal stories, case studies and evidence-based insights, leaving your teams with a clear plan of action and practical strategies that drive long-term results.

Themes we can cover include:
  • What inclusion looks like and exclusion behaviours
  • Developing stronger team relationships
